Maintenance Mechanic (Milwaukie, OR)
We are currently seeking an experienced (minimum 5 years) maintenance mechanic. This individual would be able to efficiently trouble shoot and repair conveyors, gear reducers and salt tanks. Must have knowledge of heat treat furnace repairs. A good understanding of rotary furnaces a plus. The ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics a must. Proficient with Mig, Tig and acetylene welding. Ability to layout, shear and bend sheet metal as used for machinery guards. We are a drug free workplace. Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience who will review our existing manufacturing process and propose improvements or changes. Partner with product engineering, purchasing and planning. Exposure to and proficiency in multiple engineering disciplines. Experience leading to Lean Manufacturing efforts. CAD, Inventor and AutoCAD experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. B.S. in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects. Demonstrated “hands on”, mechanical aptitude. |

Quality Technician (Milwaukie, OR)
The ideal candidate will be a vital contributor to Carlton Company's ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system. Responsibilities will include performing in process, receiving and finished goods audits. Improve process documents and product quality. Assist in problem solving, calibration and SPC. Previous experience with Access, Word, and Excel. Familiar with SPC database and ERP systems. Individual will be able to interact with all levels and be able to work with minimal supervision. Will assist in internal ISO 9001 quality audits. Individual must have a minimum of 2-5 years of quality experience. Associate degree, CQT, CQI, or CQE a plus. Must be able to work off shifts. |

Seeking a Wire EDM Operator who has 3-5 years experience in Wire EDM machine operation. Must have the ability to edit NC codes. This individual will have a self-directed work ethic, excellent problem solving skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Good math skills essential. The following experience preferred: working with Charmilles Wire EDM’s, ESPRIT programming and knowledge in carbide. Must be able to work off shifts. |
